Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Viadocs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Viadocs regarding your use of our platform.

Company refers to Viadocs.

Service refers to the website, applications, and platform provided by the Company.

User refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

Account refers to the registered user profile created to access the Service.

Content refers to all information, data, text, graphics, and materials available through the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping your password secure, all activities under your account, ensuring your account is used by only one person, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to engage in activities such as: using the Service for illegal purposes, transmitting malicious code, infringing intellectual property rights, sending unsolicited communications, attempting to breach security measures, interfering with the Service operation, using automated means to collect data, or impersonating other users.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Viadocs and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

Viadocs acts as a data processor. The B2B customer is the controller of documents and data collected from their end users.

Documents are transferred directly to the B2B customer's Google Drive and are not persistently stored on Viadocs servers.

Viadocs offers a 7-day trial period. To activate it, you must provide a valid credit card. When the trial period ends, the subscription fee will be charged automatically and will continue to repeat monthly on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refund for amounts already paid or unused days.

Payments made after the trial period are final and will not be refunded, except where required by law. The trial period is provided precisely so that users may evaluate the Service before any charge occurs.

Documents and data collected by the user are stored in the B2B customer's Google Drive. Therefore, canceling the subscription does not remove or limit access to this data, which remains entirely under the customer's control and ownership.

If you decide to return to Viadocs in the future, you will immediately regain access to all documents and information previously collected, provided you maintain permissions and access to the Google Drive used.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viadocs shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, business interruption, or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data.

The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
